Refund policy

I want your Mojo and Muse piece to bring you joy. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, you can do so under our 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and ideally in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, especially for artworks and framed pieces, please make sure it’s well-protected for the return journey. You’ll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email me at info@mojoandmuse.co.uk. If your refund is approved, I’ll confirm by email and send return instructions. Please don’t send anything back without getting in touch first — it won’t be accepted.

Refunds for Art Prints

For prints, the same 14-day return policy applies. If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your print for a refund of the print price, as long as:

  • The print is returned undamaged, in resaleable condition, and in its original packaging

  • You cover the return shipping costs

  • The original shipping and fulfilment fees are non-refundable, as they go directly toward producing and delivering your print

Once your returned print is received and inspected, I’ll issue the refund for the artwork portion. Please ensure the return is tracked and insured, so you’re covered in the event of loss or damage in transit.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives and contact me within 5 days if it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. I’ll sort it out quickly and make things right. If you contact me after this time, I may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.


Lost in transit

A parcel is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived within 90 days of your order date. If that happens, please contact me and I’ll follow up with the courier and arrange a refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom-made, personalised, or commissioned artworks can’t be refunded, as they’re created specifically for you. If you’re unsure, get in touch — I’m happy to clarify details before you place an order.

Unfortunately, I also can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Because most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges aren’t usually possible. But if something has gone wrong and the wrong item was sent to you, I’ll absolutely put that right.


Refunds

Once I receive and check your returned piece, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Refunds cover the item only — not shipping costs. I recommend using insured, trackable shipping for your return, just in case anything goes missing in transit.
