Shipping Policy
All items ship within 3 working days of purchase, unless your order is a custom-made, personalised piece or commission.
There are two sets of flat shipping fees for each world zone — one for orders under £50 and another for those over £50.
For UK orders under £50, I use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, which usually delivers within 2–3 working days and includes signature on delivery, online confirmation, and compensation up to £20.
Orders over £50 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, offering tracking, optional signature, delivery within 2–3 working days, and compensation up to £150.
International orders under £50 are slightly cheaper, while items over £50 are insured and priced accordingly. All shipping is Tracked and Signed. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking information.
Flat shipping fees work out much better for you — while my work isn’t heavy, it’s often bulky when safely packaged to avoid damage. Many pieces over £50 are insured for up to £250 in case of loss or damage, yet the flat rate still comes out cheaper for you.
Shipping for Art Prints
Print orders are fulfilled slightly differently to original works. I work with a trusted fine art printing partner who produces each limited edition print with great care using carefully selected archival papers.
To reduce environmental impact, all prints are produced and shipped as locally as possible:
UK orders are printed and dispatched within the UK
EU orders are fulfilled from Germany
US orders are printed and shipped domestically
All other locations are routed through the closest available fulfilment partner
This local fulfilment approach helps reduce air miles, lower the overall carbon footprint, and gets your print to you more quickly and efficiently.
We use a mix of reliable carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, and Warenpost, depending on your location.

Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and may cause shipping delays due to customs processing. If you’re unsure, it’s best to check with your local customs office for details.
Customised, Personalised & Commissioned Work
Custom pieces take a variable amount of time to create, depending on the nature of the work. Once complete, they’re shipped within 3 working days. We’ll agree on a completion date before any deposit is taken.
Damage in Transit
If an item arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible with photos of:
The damaged item
The outer packaging
Your receipt or proof of purchase
This allows me to begin the postal insurance process. You must contact me within 5 days of delivery, otherwise I won’t be able to take responsibility for the damage. Once verified, I’ll arrange a refund or replacement depending on the item.
Lost in Transit
An order is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived within 90 days of the order date. If this happens, please contact me and I’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a refund where appropriate.
