Viola Ten explores escapism through abstract nature, colour, and tactile relief. The composition pairs fluid ink washes with detailed thread painting, dense French knot ridges, and raised glass beadwork, requiring around 100 hours of fine hand-stitching. The reverse remains open to reveal the exposed structural threadwork.
